Exchange Policy

At Out Class Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Products purchased from Out Class Store can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be different from what you ordered.

You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at outclass.store3@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +923002399977 to raise a dispute. Each dispute is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness to both parties.

If an item is defective, faulty, or damaged, a replacement will be provided. To process your claim, you must email or WhatsApp photographic evidence of the defective item to us within 2 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

Please note that we may not support exchanges in the following situations:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged due to use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • A size issue arises due to customer error.

Important Notes

  • Out Class Store does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
  • Costs associated with size changes or exchanges caused by customer error are not covered. As we operate on marginal profits, we cannot bear costs arising from customer negligence.
